Prices are per group (not per person), for groups of up to 12 people. There is no minimum — this experience is available even for a single traveller or a couple. All prices include VAT.
Example: A 2.5-hour private tour costs €100 + €80 = €180 for the whole group.
Tours are available in English, Dutch, or Spanish. To keep things flowing naturally, groups typically choose one language. If your group is comfortable with a bilingual tour, that can be arranged too — just mention it when you get in touch.
Tours start at the Hugo Grotius statue on the Markt in Delft. For private tours, the starting point can be adjusted to suit your situation — let us know what works best for you.
This tour covers expert guiding only. Transport to and from Delft, and any entrance fees to museums or attractions, are not included. If applicable, these will be invoiced separately.
Booking lead time: Please request your private tour at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability.
Payment: A deposit of 50% is due upfront by bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due after the tour has taken place.
Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. If you cancel within 48 hours, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Weather: Tours run regardless of weather — bring appropriate clothing. The only exception is when the Dutch national weather agency (KNMI) issues a Code Yellow or Code Red weather warning.
