There’s several museums in Delft that are really worth a visit!

Museum Prinsenhof
A historic museum, dedicated to William of Orange and that period of Dutch history.
De Porceleyne Fles – Factory and Museum
De Porceleyne Fles is a Dutch manufacturer of Delft Blue earthenware which still operates today. The factory is split in a museum and a factory part and both are open to tourists.
The New Church
Built in 1396 and finally completed 100 years later, the new Church is the most iconic church of Delft. It houses the members of the royal family that crossed the river Styx and the mausoleum of William of Orange.
Museum Paul Tétar van Elven
A wonderful House Museum compiled by the painter Paul Tétar van Elven himself during his lifetime.
